These Terms & Conditions govern your use of The Indian Bucketlist website and the curated travel services offered by Mr. Madhav Rathore. By accessing this website or engaging our services, you accept these terms.

01 — Bookings & Payments

All journey bookings are confirmed only after receipt of the agreed advance payment. Final payment schedules will be communicated in writing for each curated itinerary.

02 — Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation policies vary based on the destination, season, and partner properties. Specific cancellation terms will be shared with the booking confirmation. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 30 working days.

03 — Itineraries

All itineraries are hand-curated and may be subject to changes due to weather, local conditions, or unforeseen circumstances. We reserve the right to alter arrangements where necessary, while preserving the spirit of the journey.

04 — Travel Documents & Insurance

Travellers are responsible for ensuring valid identification, permits (where applicable), and adequate travel insurance. The Indian Bucketlist is not liable for issues arising from missing or expired documents.

05 — Liability

While we work only with trusted, vetted partners, The Indian Bucketlist acts as a curator and intermediary. We are not liable for losses, damages, or delays caused by third-party providers, force majeure, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

06 — Conduct

Travellers are expected to respect local customs, communities, and the natural environment of every destination. We reserve the right to discontinue services in case of conduct that endangers others or violates local norms.

07 — Image & Content Use

All photographs, films, and written content on this website are the intellectual property of The Indian Bucketlist or its contributors. They may not be downloaded, reproduced, or used commercially without written permission.

08 — Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
